This course will present an agent with multiple situations or "Symptoms" of issues or problems in all areas of a home. Dialog will then consider the cause, the effect, the context of the issue, and (many times) the remedy of the "Symptom". This course helps agents examine the symptoms in more depth. They can then more readily and thoroughly understand the totality of the issues or problems experienced or reported by property inspectors.
